Terms of Service

Welcome to MySteppi. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the company that operates the Service. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement and Operator

The MySteppi product (the "Service") is operated by EmodeFlow LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with registered address at 1111B S Governors Ave #93153, Dover, DE 19904, United States ("EmodeFlow", "we", "us", "our"). When these Terms refer to "you" or "your", they refer to you as an individual user of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are between 16 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has read these Terms. You also confirm that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your country of residence.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One account per person; do not share accounts or impersonate anyone.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up; keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at mysteppi@emodeflow.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content from the Service except as expressly permitted
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access non-public APIs
• Send automated traffic, denial-of-service attacks, or other abusive load
• Resell, white-label, or use AI output from the Service as your own commercial service
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code that could damage the Service or other users
• Submit information about other people without a lawful basis to do so
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

5. Nature of the Service. Astrology, Numerology, and AI Output

• Not professional advice. Astrological readings, numerological calculations, archetype descriptions, and AI-generated content provided by the Service are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, parenting, religious, vocational, relationship, safety, or other professional advice.
• No reliance. You must not rely on the Service to make material decisions about your health, money, relationships, employment, legal matters, parenting, or safety. For any important decision, consult a qualified licensed professional in the relevant field.
• AI output may be wrong. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated. You are solely responsible for evaluating the output before relying on it for any purpose.
• No mental-health emergency support. The Service is not a crisis line. If you or someone you know is in danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a licensed mental-health professional immediately.
• No outcome guaranteed. We make no promise that following any suggestion in the Service will lead to any particular outcome, financial or otherwise.
• Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Service and for any consequence of that decision.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is offered with a free tier and with paid subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. The exact plans, features included in each plan, and current prices are shown on our pricing page and inside the Service. Plans, features, and prices may change; the price applicable to your subscription is the price you saw and agreed to at the time of purchase.

• Web subscriptions: EmodeFlow LLC is the merchant of record. Payments are processed through Stripe.
• iOS subscriptions: billed and processed by Apple Inc. through your Apple ID, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Android subscriptions: billed and processed by Google LLC through Google Play, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan until cancelled. Cancellation instructions are in section 8 and on the Subscription Terms page.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable VAT, sales tax, or local consumption taxes; we, Stripe, Apple, or Google will add these at checkout based on your location.

7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

From time to time we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. If a free trial is offered:

• You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Only one free trial per user, unless we state otherwise.
• Promotional pricing applies for the promo period only; the standard price applies on renewal afterwards.
• We may end or change promotions at any time.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Detailed cancellation paths for web, iOS, and Android are on the Subscription Terms page.

Refunds for web subscriptions are handled by EmodeFlow LLC on a case-by-case basis under applicable consumer-protection law. Refunds for iOS and Android subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google under their respective refund policies. If you live in the EU, UK, Israel, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period for digital services, we honor that right.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (your goals, notes, chat messages, decision logs). You grant EmodeFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service for you. We do not publish your content to the public and do not sell it.

You confirm that you have the right to provide any information you upload, including information about other people. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you submit.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including the MySteppi brand, software, content, designs, interpretive text libraries, and AI prompts and configurations, belong to EmodeFlow LLC Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EmodeFlow grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial, personal-reflection purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicence, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processors (Stripe), app stores (Apple, Google), identity providers, AI model providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. A categorised list of sub-processors appears in section 6 of our Privacy Policy. Your use of in-app purchases on iOS or Android is also governed by Apple's and Google's respective terms. Where third-party services are linked from the Service, their own terms apply to your use of them.

12. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from account settings or by emailing us at mysteppi@emodeflow.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create legal or operational risk. On termination, sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including sections 5, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18) will continue in effect.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. EmodeFlow disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the warranties are excluded only to the extent permitted by law and the remaining warranties are limited to the minimum scope and shortest duration permitted.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmodeFlow LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Consumers in some jurisdictions retain statutory rights that cannot be waived; nothing in this section affects those rights.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EmodeFlow Inc. and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of or reliance on the Service, including any AI-generated content; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) content you submit to the Service; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live continue to apply where they cannot be waived by contract.

17. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution first. Before filing a formal claim, we ask you to contact us at mysteppi@emodeflow.com with a description of the issue. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days of receiving your message.

Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally and you are not a consumer who is entitled to bring proceedings in their local courts under mandatory law, you and EmodeFlow agree to resolve the dispute through binding individual arbitration administered in Delaware in the English language, under the then-current rules of a recognised arbitration body (such as JAMS or AAA). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, or representative action.

Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Users in jurisdictions where arbitration clauses or class-action waivers are unenforceable retain the right to proceed in court.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the Service or by email and update the "Last updated" date. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and may delete your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms) are the entire agreement between you and EmodeFlow regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
